Women's Self Defense Class 2022

The Apopka Police Department and Apopka Parks and Recreation Women’s Self Defense Class is back for 2022. This course is for women only, ages 18 +. If you want to learn to protect yourself from an attacker, then this course is for you. Online registration is now available. 

Class Information

  • Available Dates
    • February 28, 2022
    • April 25, 2022
    • June 27, 2022
  • Location: Billie Dean Community Center (225 M A Board Street)
  • Cost: $5
  • Maximum Participants: 20 per class
  • Registration: Available online or by calling 407-703-1742.
  • Additional Information
    • Waiver must be completed upon arrival. 
    • Punches and kicks will be taught and used during this course. 
    • Wear clothing that you are comfortable moving around in. 
    • Closed toed shoes are required.
