Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Apopka will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 1:30 PM, in the Apopka City Hall Council Chambers and the following resolution will be brought forth for consideration and adoption.
Resolution Number 2023-27: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Apopka, Florida establishing rate schedules pertaining to City of Apopka Municipal Refuse Collection Services; and proving an effective date.
Interested parties may appear at this meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed resolution. The proposed resolutions available in the City Clerk’s office for inspection.
