Live Streaming of City Council Meeting City Hall

Live Streaming City Council Meeting: April 1

The City of Apopka will be live streaming the City Council Meeting on April 1, 2020 on our YouTube Channel.

Anyone from the public wanting to participate in the Public Comment portion or speak on a matter requiring a Public Hearing on the agenda can submit a form on our website  at http://www.apopka.net/citycouncilform. (Please submit online requests before 1 PM the day of the meeting.)

The Agenda for the meeting can be found on our website at http://www.apopka.net/129/Agendas-Minutes. 

If you are unable to view the meeting live, it will be available on our channel once the meeting is complete. 

Apopka Farmers Market Limited Market Available Produce on Table

Apopka Farmers Market Reopens April 2

The Apopka Farmers Market has been classified as an “Essential Service” during the current health situation. 

The Farmers Market will return to Kit Land Nelson Park on Thursday, April 2, 2020 as a way to provide more grocery options to the community during this time of need. 

  • The Farmers Market will run every Thursday from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
  • During the current health situation, the Farmers Market will only include Produce, Food for “Take-Out” and Soap.
  • There will be 10 feet separating vendors.
  • Gardeners Fresh Produce is going to separate the produce with wider aisles and large amounts of space between each of the tables as well as the cash registers.
  • Please comply with Social Distancing Guidelines by not congregating in groups and keeping a distance of 6 feet between yourself and others.
Please help us to keep the Farmers Market open by maintaining proper social distancing.
