Partnering with City of Apopka and Orange County, MetroPlan Orlando is conducting two studies in Apopka. The Rock Springs Road Study focuses on safety and mobility at key intersections. The West Orange Trail Extension Study is exploring how to provide better connections from the trail. Both studies are expected to be completed in December 2022.
A virtual public meeting for the Rock Springs Road and West Orange Trail Extension studies in Apopka will be January 27, 2022 at 6 PM on Zoom. Attendees can learn about transportation options being considered and share thoughts on proposed changes. The virtual meeting will begin with a live presentation, followed by an interactive virtual session where the audience can get answers to their questions.
